We are accepting applications for the role of Director of Worship Ministry.

The role of the Director of Worship Ministry is to provide leadership to the music and worship ministry at Philpott Church, expressed primarily in our weekly Sunday gathering but also during our Thursday afternoon service. They will serve as the primary worship leader and will seek to shepherd those who volunteer in our worship ministry. The Director of Worship Ministry will be the direct supervisor of any paid staff, volunteers, or interns involved in their ministry. They will work closely with all staff members and be directly accountable to the Senior Pastor.
