Church Membership

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Philpott Memorial Church. This application package is designed to provide you with the information you’ll need in order to make an informed, prayerful decision about whether this is the church family to which you ought to commit. It also clarifies the implications, expectations, and benefits of membership. We ask that you please read through the entire application package before you complete the form at the end.

To become an official member, our Elders require your completed application form and a personal interview. Once you have completed and submitted your application form you will be contacted to schedule an interview.
